So far so good...well, not really. I made my 2 pound goal, but I didn't start exercising and I haven't started writing down what I eat. Those two items are the key to success.
One step at a time. So, this week my goal is if I bite it, I write it. It's too cold to really enjoy going out and walking and the pool sounds a bit harsh....It can be done, but Rome wasn't built in a day and neither was I.

Exercise, exercise. That's fallen off the radar here and I have no snow to blame it on. And I guess sitting doesn't count?

Thanks for commenting on my blog today! I wish you well with your weight loss program; you are off to a good start. Back in antiquity when Mrs. RWP went to WW, she lost 75 pounds in nine months. If she could do it, so can you!
